- Advancing use First Source Hiring Policy as a means of creating a public investment multiplier by prioritizing the hiring of local residents for publicly funded jobs and projects
- Advancing use of Best Value Contracting and Procurement Policy as a means of maximizing host community economics by incentivizing businesses to adopt the use of a contract award criteria that includes weighted values for local business, contractor and workforce utilization as part of the contract award metrics.
PROTECTING AMERICAN IDEALS in a manner that acknowledges evolving aspirations, struggles, contributions and success of the African American.
- Advancing American Story Policy as a means normalizing education in public instruction, art and literature the ideals of freedom, limited government, and individual responsibility in a manner that facilitates racial healing and national unification by promoting the belief that all people are created equal and entitled to fundamental rights associated with liberty and freedom in the context of a full and factual strength-based representation of the evolution of American life, society and culture.
INVESTNG IN ENTERPRISES that can create African American inter-generational wealth, strengthen America, and create sector independence and Trans-Atlantic Commerce relationships in Africa.
- Advancing Black Enterprise Capital Access and Cash-Flow Policy that leverage public resources to grow strong business skill sets and businesses within the African American Community that can competitively provide value added products and services at competitive prices to the American private sector that will foster cross-sector collaboration and growth which ultimately can be translated to business, commerce, collaboration and development opportunities in Africa.
DEFINING COMMUNITY AND FAMILY HEALTH SOLUTIONS that drive positive resistance to adverse risk behaviors while helping policymakers identify strategic paths to the promotion of healthy lifestyles that produce a reduction in high public cost of poor life quality.
- Advancing School-based Behavioral Health Education that builds strong children, families and communities through the use of culturally competent instruction and facilitation geared to normalizing primary care, healthy choices, wellness and peer support systems that reinforce the prevention of illness, addiction and violence while strengthening individual responsibility and community accountability.
